Due to a significant increase in hosting fees and on-costs, SAMTIMONIOUS.com will shortly cease to exist – the plug literally and metaphorically pulled.
As a move toward eventual cessation, all external adverstising has been removed, any future for The Dominion of Opinion now entirely dependent on donations.
But if April 2023 is the end of the road, it only remains to say a sincere thank you to everyone who has stopped by during the past six years – the engagement and enjoyment, on my part, arising from the articles very gratifying and sure to be missed.

So sorry to hear this; your articles were ever a source of knowledge, fun, enlightenment and nostalgia. You so-often resurrected long-forgotten, trivial yet pleasing information and memories. You sent me scurrying to YouTube umpteen times to either refresh myself on an old long-neglected favourite album, or to discover something completely new to my ears.
